Welcome to Helena Nyman’s Success and Life Coaching Experience!

Helena Nyman was born and raised in Switzerland, immigrated in 1995 to Canada and came 1999 to the United States after getting married to her Soulmate James Nyman- a former Navy Pilot.

Helena started coaching Figure Skating and Power Skating in 1980, and her journey was crowned with success. Being a Certified Elite Coach and Expert J & S, she worked with World and Olympic Skaters, Pro Skater / Pro Hockey Players and Elite Skaters from Switzerland, Canada, Rumania, Germany, Austria and other Countries. Surrounded of top athletes, she realized how important the mental aspect is for Athletes. She began her studies in Psychology and Coaching and became a Certified Success and Life Coach while still working on the ice with her athletes
